Why We Give
We give because giving is a spiritual discipline that has been established since the foundation of the Judeo-Christian faith. It demonstrates the priority of God in our lives.
We give because we understand that everything thing we have comes from the hand of God, and we return to God a portion of that which God gives to us as a demonstration of this.
We give because we are commissioned by Jesus Christ to go into the world. We are tasked with proclaiming the Gospel, making disciples, feeding the hungry, and helping those who are in need.
We give not because God needs our money but because we need so desperately to acknowledge God's sovereignity over all aspects of our lives.
We give because the Church needs to be maintained as a place of worship and a sanctuary for all.
